O Grupo Oceanic está em busca de um profissional para atuar como Coordenador(a) de DHO, sendo responsável pela gestão estratégica da área e pela liderança dos subsistemas de Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, Recrutamento & Seleção, Pesquisa de Engajamento, Carreira e Sucessão e Endomarketing.Entre suas responsabilidades, estará o desenvolvimento e acompanhamento do planejamento estratégico de DHO, definição de metas e diretrizes para a equipe, além da gestão de projetos e iniciativas voltadas ao desenvolvimento e engajamento dos colaboradores. Também será responsável pela implantação e acompanhamento de sistemas e ferramentas da área, bem como pela atuação como palestrante e facilitador(a) em treinamentos, contribuindo para a capacitação, desenvolvimento e crescimento dos colaboradores.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar a área de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional (DHO), garantindo o alinhamento das ações aos objetivos estratégicos do Grupo; Elaborar e acompanhar o planejamento estratégico de DHO, estabelecendo metas, indicadores e planos de ação para a área;

Coordenar os processos de Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, Recrutamento & Seleção, Pesquisa de Engajamento, Carreira e Sucessão e Endomarketing;

Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de DHO, promovendo acompanhamento de resultados, desenvolvimento profissional e melhoria contínua;

Estruturar e acompanhar programas de desenvolvimento de lideranças, formação e capacitação de colaboradores;

Conduzir projetos e iniciativas voltados à cultura organizacional, engajamento e experiência do colaborador;

Coordenar pesquisas de clima e engajamento, analisando resultados e estruturando planos de ação junto às lideranças;

Desenvolver e acompanhar estratégias de carreira, sucessão e desenvolvimento de talentos;

Atuar na implantação, gestão e melhoria de sistemas e ferramentas relacionados aos processos de DHO;

Planejar e conduzir treinamentos, workshops, palestras e ações de desenvolvimento para diferentes públicos da organização;

Acompanhar indicadores de DHO, identificando oportunidades e propondo ações para melhoria dos resultados;

Atuar de forma consultiva junto às lideranças, apoiando decisões relacionadas a pessoas, desenvolvimento e gestão de equipes;

Promover ações de comunicação interna e endomarketing, fortalecendo a cultura e o relacionamento entre colaboradores e organização.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas; Experiência com gestão e coordenação de equipes; Experiência com Treinamento & Desenvolvimento e desenvolvimento de lideranças;

Conhecimento em gestão de indicadores e planejamento estratégico de pessoas; Boa comunicação e experiência na condução de treinamentos; Perfil estratégico, capacidade de liderança, organização e visão sistêmica.
