Essa coordenação atuará como um centro de inteligência do negócio, convertendo dados em decisões, antecipando tendências de mercado em desenvolvimento, estruturando projeções para apoiar o planejamento estratégico e liderando a construção e priorização de novos projetos.Transformar dados em decisões estratégicas;Antecipar tendências e oportunidades, em vez de atuar somente de forma reativa;Conectar negócio, operação e tecnologia, garantindo que projetos tenham impacto real nos indicadores e no desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental;Criar uma cultura de melhoria contínua, com indicadores, aprendizado e inovação incorporados ao dia a dia da operação.Responsável pela gestão de time, governança institucional e articulação entre áreas com entrega de painéis de indicadores e organização de fluxos para análises gerenciais, gerando oportunidades de atuação preditiva.Gestão da governança de canais de comunicação e eventos em conjunto com as áreas parceiras institucionais.Requisitos e qualificações Formação: Ensino Superior completo, com Pós-Graduação ou Cursos de Extensão em Análise de Dados, Gestão de Projetos, Inovação ou Inteligência Artificial.

Experiência: Sólida atuação em gestão de projetos multidisciplinares, estratégia de dados, análise crítica para reportes executivos e construção de dashboards para alta liderança.

Conhecimento imprescindível: Domínio em Inteligência Artificial e criação de agentes aplicados à automação de fluxos, apresentações e painéis de indicadores.

Desejável:  Idioma: Inglês (para conversação e tradução de materiais)
