Nossa missão é apoiar as demandas administrativas de escolas públicas, garantindo um ambiente propício e adequado para que os estudantes possam atingir o seu máximo potencial.Se você quer ser impulsionado para impulsionar, venha pro Impulso e construa um legado de transformação conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar na elaboração do Plano de Trabalho, em colaboração com o Diretor Escolar;Zelar pelo patrimônio da instituição de ensino, promovendo a higienização, manutenção e areposição dos equipamentos e materiais existentes;Garantir a limpeza, higienização, sanitização e manutenção dos espaços escolares contemplando acontratação e a coordenação dos profissionais, bem como adquirir equipamentos e produtosadequados para a execução do serviço;Acompanhar, em alinhamento com o profissional de nutrição, o fornecimento da alimentaçãoescolar, considerando os suprimentos oriundos do Instituto Fundepar e da Agricultura Familiar,Realizar as devidas contratações de todos os profissionais necessários à prestação dos serviços;Supervisionar a frequência, a jornada de trabalho e o desempenho de todos os profissionaiscontratados, promovendo eventuais substituições de qualquer caráter, temporária ou definitiva, mantendo total atendimento às demandas da Escola;Fiscalizar a utilização dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI), sempre que houver aobrigatoriedade para o uso, bem como os registros de frequência de seus funcionários;Gerenciar e orientar sobre a utilização correta de todos os recursos tecnológicos da escola,incluindo equipamentos, software e conectividade;Zelar pelas políticas de segurança aplicadas aos equipamentos e soluções tecnológicas da escola.Adquirir, distribuir e manter em condições de uso satisfatório os recursos necessários para ofuncionamento da escola, nos âmbitos pedagógico, administrativo e operacional;Promover condições de gerenciamento, organização e armazenamento adequado da documentaçãoescolar, incluindo registros acadêmicos, financeiros e administrativos;Prover condições de segurança a instituições de ensino, bem como apoiar ações de melhorias doclima escolar e comunicação junto à comunidade escolar;Efetivar as demais ações relativas à gestão administrativa e financeira a fim de garantir a execuçãointegral das obrigações contratuais previstas neste Termo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Superior completaDesejável Pós em Gestão EscolarExperiência prévia em escolas será um diferencial
