Seguindo o Princípio de que “tudo que merece ser feito, merece ser bem feito“, desde 1976 a Engeform Engenharia atua em diversos segmentos, como edificações, missão crítica, saneamento, energia e infraestrutura, com mais de 640 obras entregues de norte a sul do Brasil. Se você, assim como nós, é apaixonado(a) pela Arte de Engenheirar venha trabalhar conosco! Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) Comercial para atuar na prospecção obras de hospitais, edifícios corporativos, empreendimentos comerciais de grande porte e obras de missão crítica.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:Prospectar e desenvolver novos clientes e oportunidades de negócios;Identificar, qualificar e acompanhar oportunidades de obras privadas e institucionais;Construir e fortalecer relacionamento com investidores, incorporadoras, grupos hospitalares, empresas e tomadores de decisão;Coordenar o processo comercial desde a prospecção até a formalização dos contratos;Elaborar estratégias de mercado para expansão da carteira de clientes;Atuar em conjunto com as áreas técnicas na elaboração e apresentação de propostas comerciais;Representar a empresa em eventos, feiras e reuniões estratégicas do setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Formação superior em Engenharia Civil, Arquitetura, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comercial no segmento de Construção Civil;Vivência na prospecção e desenvolvimento de negócios para obras de médio e grande porte;Conhecimento do mercado de edificações comerciais, hospitalares ou industriais;Perfil relacional, negociador e orientado para resultados;Disponibilidade para viagens.Diferenciais:Relacionamento consolidado com incorporadoras, investidores, grupos hospitalares e empresas contratantes;Experiência em venda de serviços de engenharia e construção.Informações adicionaisO que buscamos:Um(a) profissional com perfil "hunter", visão estratégica de mercado, excelente capacidade de negociação e habilidade para transformar relacionamentos em oportunidades de negócios, contribuindo diretamente para o crescimento da empresa.
