Faça parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e desenvolver profissionais de dados, acompanhando desempenho, entregas, prioridades e evolução técnica do time;Coordenar a evolução da arquitetura e da plataforma de dados, garantindo soluções escaláveis, seguras e sustentáveis;Definir padrões e boas práticas para ingestão, transformação, modelagem, integração, disponibilização e consumo de dados;Orientar tecnicamente as frentes de Engenharia de Dados e BI, apoiando decisões sobre arquitetura, pipelines, modelos de dados e soluções em Power BI;Estruturar e evoluir práticas de governança, incluindo qualidade, documentação, catálogo, linhagem, segurança e ciclo de vida dos dados;Garantir boas práticas de desenvolvimento, versionamento, CI/CD, monitoramento e sustentação das soluções;Gerenciar demandas e iniciativas de dados, organizando prioridades, acompanhando entregas e atuando na resolução de impedimentos;Atuar em conjunto com áreas de negócio e tecnologia, traduzindo necessidades em soluções de dados sustentáveis e escaláveis;Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos: Experiência em gestão e desenvolvimento de profissionais de dados;Experiência com pipelines ETL/ELT, SQL e modelagem de dados relacional e dimensional;Experiência sólida com Power BI, incluindo modelagem, DAX e desenvolvimento de soluções analíticas;Experiência com arquiteturas modernas de dados, como Data Lake e Lakehouse;Experiência com serviços de dados em Microsoft Azure, como Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks ou tecnologias equivalentes;Conhecimentos de governança de dados, qualidade, segurança, catálogo e linhagem;Capacidade de interação com áreas de negócio e tecnologia.Diferenciais: Experiência com Microsoft Fabric, OneLake e integração com Power BI;Experiência com Microsoft Purview ou outras soluções de governança de dados;Conhecimento de arquitetura Medallion, Data Products e FinOps;Experiência com integrações entre APIs, bancos de dados, sistemas e ambientes em nuvem;Certificações Microsoft relacionadas a Fabric, Azure ou Power BI;Inglês intermediário ou avançado.Informações adicionaisAssistência Médica;Vale Refeição/ Vale Alimentação;Seguro de Vida;Wellhub (Gympass);Auxílio Creche;Vale Transporte / Estacionamento;PLR;Modelo de trabalho híbrido;Short Fridays;Day Off no dia do aniversário;Subsídio Educacional;Subsídio despesas (para vagas híbridas ou 100% home office);Subsídio compra de equipamentos (para vagas híbridas ou 100% home office).
