O Controle de Fretes é o setor que sustenta a conformidade fiscal e regulatória de toda a operação de transporte da PLATLOG. É daqui que sai a documentação que dá suporte legal a cada carga movimentada em âmbito nacional, e é aqui que se decide se uma tabela de frete entra ou não em operação. Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) para liderar essa frente: alguém que domine a emissão e o controle dos documentos fiscais de transporte, conduza a governança das tabelas de frete e responda pela homologação de transportadores. É uma posição de responsabilidade direta sobre risco fiscal, custo de frete e continuidade operacional — que exige rigor técnico, leitura crítica de números e diálogo constante com diretoria, áreas fiscal e financeira, e a malha de transportadores.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições

Emitir e controlar CT-e, MDF-e e CIOT em ambiente multiembarcador no Multitms (nStech), assegurando a correta segregação fiscal por tomador/embarcador, tempestividade e conformidade;

Garantir o pagamento eletrônico de frete (PEF) a transportadores autônomos, conforme a Lei 11.442/2007 e as resoluções da ANTT; Validar novas tabelas de frete, analisando composição de custo e aderência ao piso mínimo nacional; Submeter atualizações de tabela à diretoria e implementá-las após aprovação; Cadastrar e homologar transportadores, validando RNTRC, documentação fiscal e dados bancários; Conduzir cartas de correção (CC-e), cancelamentos e regularizações de documentos de transporte; Zelar pela conformidade tributária das operações, com atenção a ICMS, CFOP e definição de tomador/prestador; Articular a interface entre transportadores, integradoras de CIOT/PEF e as áreas fiscal, operacional e financeira.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Logística, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência consolidada na emissão de CT-e e demais documentos fiscais de transporte em operação multi-embarcador (múltiplos tomadores/embarcadores);

Conhecimento sólido de CIOT, RNTRC e da legislação de transporte rodoviário de cargas (Lei 11.442); Domínio da composição e validação de tabelas de frete; Vivência com sistemas TMS e/ou ERP; Excel intermediário/avançado.

Experiência em operador logístico (3PL/4PL) ou em food service; Vivência com cadeia do frio; Conhecimento do piso mínimo ANTT e de política de reajuste de fretes; Familiaridade com integradoras de pagamento eletrônico de frete. Vivência no Multitms / plataforma nStech;
