A Pagaleve está construindo a próxima geração dos meios de pagamento no Brasil.Somos uma fintech pioneira em Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) via Pix, permitindo que milhões de consumidores parcelem compras de forma simples, transparente e digital.Estamos em um momento estratégico da nossa história: evoluindo para uma Instituição de Pagamento autorizada pelo Banco Central do Brasil e ampliando nosso ecossistema de produtos financeiros regulados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar, desenvolver e engajar o time de conciliação/controles financeiros, definindo rotinas, metas, indicadores de desempenho e ritos de acompanhamento.Desenvolvimento, validação e implantação de rotinas operacionais para novos produtos e projetos.Construção e automatização de processos de conciliação, desde análise, tratamento e extração de bases de dados até o tratamento das divergências, com uso de SQL e inteligência artificial (IA) para ganho de eficiência e escala.Garantir a conciliação operacional e contabilização diária (Cash-in, Cash-out) e a resolução tempestiva de problemas e pendências.Gerenciar a composição e acompanhamento de carteira própria e FIDCs.Mapear e tratar fatores de risco dos processos e operações, fortalecendo controles internos e governança de dados.Apurar receita e faturamento, assegurando a integridade das informações entre os sistemas operacionais e contábeis.Desenvolver e compartilhar materiais de apoio e documentação sobre as atividades executadas.Ser o ponto focal de conciliação com as áreas internas (Produto, Tech, Financeiro, Contábil) e parceiros externos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia, ou áreas relacionadas.Experiência consolidada na área de conciliação/controles financeirosExperiência com grandes volumes de dados, incluindo conciliação e controles.Forte foco em automação e melhoria de processos, com aplicação de inteligência artificial (IA) a rotinas financeiras/operacionais.Raciocínio lógico e habilidade para solução de problemas.Obrigatório: domínio de SQL e Excel avançado, além de ferramentas de visualização e gestão de dados (como Metabase), para desenvolvimento de consultas e criação de relatórios.DiferenciaisExperiência prévia em fintechs e financeiras.Vivência comprovada em gestão/coordenação de time.Conhecimento de FIDC e securitizadora.Python (ou outra linguagem) para automação e análise de dados.Informações adicionaisModelo de Contratação CLT;Remuneração Competitiva;Pensando no seu bem-estar e de toda sua família, oferecemos plano de saúde com cobertura 100% do titular e 75% para o primeiro dependente;Ifood Benefícios;Day Off no mês de aniversário;Seguro de Vida Coletivo;Cupom de desconto nas nossas lojas parceiras;Parceria com o SESC;Modelo híbrido de trabalho (1-2x presencial na Avenida Paulista).
