O Grupo UNIG está em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de CPA para integrar nosso time e contribuir para o fortalecimento da cultura de avaliação institucional, melhoria contínua e qualidade acadêmica.Esta oportunidade está aberta tanto para candidatos externos quanto para colaboradores do Grupo UNIG que desejam crescer profissionalmente e assumir novos desafios dentro da instituição.Buscamos um(a) profissional com perfil analítico, organizado, estratégico e com habilidade para articular diferentes áreas, conduzindo processos de avaliação e acompanhamento de indicadores que contribuam para o desenvolvimento institucional.Se você já faz parte do nosso time e deseja dar um novo passo na sua carreira, ou se é um profissional do mercado em busca de uma nova oportunidade, queremos conhecer você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as atividades relacionadas à Comissão Própria de Avaliação (CPA), garantindo a organização, execução e acompanhamento dos processos de avaliação institucional.Planejar e acompanhar o calendário anual de atividades da CPA, em alinhamento com as diretrizes institucionais.Conduzir e acompanhar os processos de autoavaliação institucional, envolvendo os diferentes públicos da comunidade acadêmica.Apoiar a elaboração, aplicação, divulgação e análise de instrumentos de avaliação institucional.Consolidar e analisar dados, indicadores e resultados das avaliações, identificando oportunidades de melhoria.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e documentos institucionais relacionados aos resultados da autoavaliação.Acompanhar a elaboração e a divulgação dos relatórios da CPA, garantindo clareza, consistência e cumprimento dos prazos.Apoiar a construção e o acompanhamento de planos de ação decorrentes dos resultados das avaliações.Articular-se com gestores, coordenadores de curso, docentes, discentes e demais áreas da instituição.Promover a disseminação da cultura de avaliação e melhoria contínua no ambiente acadêmico.Acompanhar as demandas relacionadas à avaliação institucional e aos processos regulatórios pertinentes à CPA.Apoiar a organização e disponibilização de evidências e informações necessárias aos processos de avaliação externa e visitas in loco.Garantir a organização, atualização e integridade dos documentos e registros da CPA.Participar de reuniões, comissões e projetos institucionais relacionados à qualidade acadêmica.Contribuir para o aprimoramento dos processos, metodologias e ferramentas de avaliação institucional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo.Experiência com processos de avaliação institucional, gestão acadêmica, qualidade educacional ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento sobre os processos de autoavaliação institucional e atuação da CPA.Capacidade de análise de dados, elaboração de relatórios e acompanhamento de indicadores.Boa comunicação oral e escrita.Organização, planejamento e capacidade de gestão de prazos.Habilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos.Será considerado um diferencial:Pós-graduação completa ou em andamento.Experiência em instituições de ensino superior.Conhecimento sobre os processos regulatórios do ensino superior e diretrizes do SINAES.Experiência com indicadores acadêmicos e institucionais.Vivência em processos de avaliação externa e visitas de comissões avaliadoras.Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de dados e elaboração de dashboards.Experiência em liderança de equipes ou coordenação de projetos institucionais.
