Aqui, valorizamos quem assume responsabilidades, busca fazer a diferença e trabalha em conjunto para construir soluções que movimentam todo o Grupo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as operações de Crédito, Cobrança e Contas a Receber do Grupo;Gerenciar a carteira de recebíveis das unidades próprias e parceiras, acompanhando faturamento, recebimentos, Aging, PMR e inadimplência;Coordenar a análise e concessão de crédito, garantindo aderência às políticas e limites estabelecidos;Definir e acompanhar estratégias de cobrança e recuperação de crédito, incluindo negociações de maior complexidade;Atuar na gestão da carteira relacionada a operações de FIDC e cessão de recebíveis;Elaborar relatórios e indicadores gerenciais, identificando desvios e propondo planos de ação;Atuar em conjunto com Comercial, Operações, unidades e Jurídico na solução de pendências e recuperação de créditos;Garantir a qualidade dos processos, controles e informações de Contas a Receber, promovendo melhorias e automações;Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe, estabelecendo metas e promovendo alta performance;Apoiar projetos e iniciativas de melhoria da gestão financeira e dos recebíveis do Grupo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em Crédito, Cobrança e/ou Contas a Receber.Experiência comprovada em gestão de equipes.Vivência com gestão de indicadores, análise de carteira e risco de crédito.Experiência em negociação e recuperação de crédito.Conhecimento de Excel e análise de dados.Desejável conhecimento em Power BI e TOTVS Protheus.Desejável experiência com FIDC, cessão ou antecipação de recebíveis.Desejável experiência em empresas de transporte, logística, serviços ou operações de alto volume.Desejável Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Controladoria, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisConvênio Médico.Convênio Odontológico.Convênio Farmácia.Wellhub.Vale Alimentação.Seguro de Vida.Vale Transporte ou Fretado.Participação nos Lucros.
