Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Fisioterapia para atuar na gestão acadêmica do curso de graduação, assegurando a qualidade do ensino, o desenvolvimento do corpo docente e a excelência na formação dos estudantes.O(a) profissional será responsável por coordenar as atividades acadêmicas e administrativas do curso, acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, apoiar docentes e discentes, garantir o cumprimento das diretrizes institucionais e das normas do Ministério da Educação (MEC), além de promover ações voltadas à melhoria contínua do curso.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as atividades acadêmicas e administrativas do curso de Fisioterapia;Acompanhar o planejamento e a execução das atividades pedagógicas;Realizar a gestão e o acompanhamento do corpo docente, promovendo alinhamento e desenvolvimento da equipe;Acompanhar o desempenho acadêmico dos estudantes e propor ações para melhoria dos indicadores;Supervisionar as atividades práticas, estágios curriculares e clínicas-escola, quando aplicável;Garantir o cumprimento das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais (DCNs) e das normas do MEC;Incentivar projetos de pesquisa, extensão e inovação, fortalecendo a integração entre ensino, pesquisa e comunidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Fisioterapia;Mestrado completo (Doutorado será considerado um diferencial);Registro ativo no CREFITO;Conhecimento da legislação educacional, Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais (DCNs) e processos de avaliação do MEC;Experiência em docência no ensino superior (será considerado um diferencial);Vivência em coordenação de curso ou gestão acadêmica (será considerado um diferencial);
