Garantia de que os níveis de serviço e prazos alinhados com a área comercial, com os clientes e célula de transporte estejam rigorosamente alinhados.Garantir evolução em nível de serviço, através de soluções sistêmicas, melhoria em fluxos e processos, bem como apoio em treinamentos e multiplicação de informações necessárias para o time de logística.       Atendimento e Resolução de ProblemasCoordenação da equipe responsável por responder dúvidas sobre rastreamento, alteração de endereços e emissão de segunda via de notas fiscais. Gestão de reclamações complexas (produtos danificados, itens faltantes ou divergentes) em parceria com os centros de distribuição e transportadoras.     Análise de Dados e Indicadores (KPIs)Apoiar no desenvolvimentoe acompanhar resultados e métricas vitais para a saúde do negócio, tais como OTD (On Time Delivered - Entregas no Prazo) e OTIF (On Time In Full - Entregues no prazo e com o pedido completo). Implantar mensuração do NPS (Net Promoter Score) e do CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) focados na experiência de entrega.
