Empresa de médio/grande porte busca profissional para atuar presencialmente na coordenação da área de Infraestrutura e Serviços de TI, liderando operações críticas e contribuindo para a evolução tecnológica do negócio. Esta posição terá papel estratégico na gestão dos ambientes de infraestrutura, fornecedores de tecnologia, governança operacional e garantia da continuidade dos serviços, atuando em estreita parceria com diferentes áreas da organização.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as operações de Infraestrutura e Serviços de TI, garantindo a disponibilidade, estabilidade e segurança dos ambientes.Liderar equipes próprias e parceiros estratégicos, assegurando a qualidade das entregas e o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço.Gerenciar contratos, fornecedores e indicadores de desempenho relacionados aos serviços de tecnologia.Atuar na administração e evolução de ambientes de redes, servidores, armazenamento, virtualização, cloud e telecomunicações.Planejar e acompanhar projetos de infraestrutura, modernização tecnológica e melhoria contínua.Garantir a aplicação de boas práticas de governança, segurança da informação e gestão de serviços.Apoiar as áreas de negócio na identificação e implementação de soluções tecnológicas aderentes às necessidades organizacionais.Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores, orçamento e planos de capacidade da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Experiência em liderança ou coordenação de equipes de Infraestrutura de TI. Vivência na gestão de serviços de tecnologia e relacionamento com fornecedores. Conhecimento em ambientes híbridos, redes, servidores, virtualização, backup e monitoramento. Experiência com gestão de incidentes, problemas, mudanças e níveis de serviço. Conhecimento em boas práticas de gestão de serviços de TI.

É essencial ter boa comunicação, habilidade de negociação e facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos, promovendo a integração entre equipes, parceiros e áreas de negócio. A posição é presencial, com atuação estratégica e interface constante com diferentes áreas da organização. Trata-se de uma oportunidade para liderar iniciativas relevantes de infraestrutura e serviços de tecnologia em um ambiente de transformação e evolução contínua.
