Será responsável por conduzir as equipes de lavoura nas atividades de plantio, colheita, aplicação de defensivos e conservação de solos, buscando o cumprimento do planejamento agrícola.Nossos valores são Paixão pelo o que fazemos, Integridade em nossos processos, relações duradouras  e resultados sustentáveis Venha fazer parte da SLC Agrícola!!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar a equipe de lavoura nas atividades de cobertura e correção do solo.Responder pelos procedimentos e práticas para o plantio e colheita das culturas da Unidade de Produção, buscando o atendimento das metas de produção da Fazenda.Conduzir as equipes nas atividades de aplicação, observando os procedimentos de segurança no manuseio de defensivos.Apoiar o Coordenador de Produção e o Gerente de Fazenda nas tomadas de decisões da Unidade de Produção.Conhecer e cumprir as normas do Sistema de Gestão Integrada da empresa.Realizar orçamento de custeio conforme o planejado e cumprir as metas de acordo com as responsabilidades do cargo.Conduzir equipes de trabalho por meio de delegação de atividades e responsabilidades, a fim de atingir os resultados planejados.Desenvolver as equipes de trabalho em suas competências técnicas e comportamentais.Executar e respeitar as Normas e Políticas de Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional (SSO) na condução das atividades.Desenvolver suas atividades orientado pelos valores da SLC Agrícola e contribuir para um bom clima organizacional.
