Temos uma combinação de ingredientes perfeitos: gerar sorrisos e tornar as coisas mais fáceis para as pessoas! 😍Aproveite essa oportunidade e venha construir uma jornada incrível. 🍔Local de trabalho: Alphaville - Barueri/SPResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será o seu dia a dia:Liderar projetos e programas de tecnologia educacional em âmbito local e/ou regional, garantindo alinhamento com as diretrizes corporativas e padrões globais da Arcos Dorados.Atuar como ponto focal entre People, Tecnologia, Operações e fornecedores, traduzindo necessidades do negócio em soluções de aprendizagem escaláveis.Planejar e gerenciar orçamento, cronograma, riscos e recursos dos projetos, assegurando eficiência financeira e entrega de valor.Conduzir a integração de novas tecnologias (LMS, LXP, ferramentas de IA, analytics) aos sistemas existentes, garantindo transições fluidas e sustentáveis.Assegurar a estabilidade, manutenção e evolução contínua das plataformas de aprendizagem, com foco em performance, usabilidade e experiência do usuário.Liderar testes de User Experience (UX) e jornadas do colaborador, especialmente considerando o contexto operacional dos restaurantes.Gerenciar fornecedores estratégicos, contratos e processos de aquisição de soluções e conteúdos digitais.Coordenar suporte técnico, diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes relacionados às tecnologias de aprendizagem.Implementar e escalar soluções de aprendizagem com Inteligência Artificial, garantindo uso responsável, ético e alinhado às políticas corporativas.Conduzir testes funcionais e de performance dos sistemas, assegurando qualidade e confiabilidade.Estruturar e manter documentação técnica e funcional, garantindo governança e transferência de conhecimento.Utilizar dados e indicadores de aprendizagem para apoiar decisões, medir impacto e orientar melhorias contínuas.Garantir aderência às políticas de cibersegurança e proteção de dados, em parceria com a área de Tecnologia.Comunicar status, riscos, resultados e impactos dos projetos para stakeholders e liderança executiva.Capacitar usuários-chave e times internos no uso das soluções de aprendizagem.Monitorar tendências globais em Learning Technology, IA e EDTech, propondo inovações relevantes para o negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações🍔 Ingredientes que não podem faltar:Ensino Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação,Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas;Forte experiência em gestão de projetos e programas, com visão end-to-end;Domínio de LMS/LXP, integrações sistêmicas e ecossistemas digitais de aprendizagem;Conhecimento prático em IA aplicada à aprendizagem, incluindo fundamentos de machine learning e NLP;Entendimento sólido de cibersegurança e privacidade de dados. Fluência em Inglês para a interface com os 21 países.
