Transformar. Dengo é assim, uma causa com sabor verdadeiro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEssa posição terá papel estratégico na estruturação de indicadores de performance da área e atuará como ponte entre Logística, Produção, Qualidade, PCP, Contábil e Finanças — reportando resultados de inventário também à auditoria externa.Responsabilidades e atribuições•Gerir estoques próprios e de operadores logísticos terceirizados;•Liderar equipe de aproximadamente 15 colaboradores;•Coordenar processos de inventário em armazéns próprios e terceiros, com report direto à auditoria externa;•Planejar e garantir o abastecimento contínuo das linhas de produção;•Criar, acompanhar e evoluir indicadores de performance da área (KPIs);•Garantir aderência às práticas de FEFO e às Normas de Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF);•Atuar como interface entre Logística e as áreas de PCP, Contábil, Finanças e Qualidade;•Conduzir planos de ação para melhoria contínua dos processos logísticos.Requisitos e qualificações·•Forte vivência em indústria de alimentos, com domínio de controle FEFO;•Conhecimento avançado em Excel e ferramentas de BI;•Bons conhecimentos em SAP / S/4HANA.•Conhecimento em ferramentas de IA aplicadas à criação de indicadores, automatização de processos e análises logísticas.•Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e QualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica •Formação superior em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas• Pós-graduação, MBA ou certificações em Finanças serão considerados diferenciais.Experiência Experiência consolidada em liderança de equipes operacionais.Informações adicionais

•     Local de trabalho: Santo Amaro, São Paulo/SP (Presencial);

•     Regime de trabalho: 44h semanais (segunda a sexta-feira);

•     Disponibilidade adicional: Sábados a definir em picos de sazonalidade (Páscoa/Natal).
