O Coordenador de Loja é responsável por coordenar e supervisionar as operações diárias da unidade, garantindo a organização, o abastecimento e a excelência na apresentação da loja. Atua no acompanhamento das equipes e dos processos, assegurando o correto abastecimento das gôndolas, a manutenção do layout conforme os padrões estabelecidos pela empresa, o controle de rupturas e a disponibilidade de produtos para os clientes.Também é responsável por controlar estoques, prevenir perdas, apoiar ações comerciais e promover a qualidade no atendimento. Atua diretamente no desenvolvimento das equipes, orientando e acompanhando os colaboradores para garantir a eficiência operacional, o alcance das metas e a satisfação dos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e supervisionar as atividades operacionais da loja, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões e processos da empresa.Liderar, orientar e desenvolver as equipes dos diversos setores da loja, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho produtivo e colaborativo.Acompanhar os indicadores de abastecimento, rupturas, perdas, produtividade e desempenho operacional.Garantir a correta execução do layout da loja, exposição de produtos, precificação e comunicação visual.Monitorar o abastecimento das gôndolas, pontos extras e ilhas promocionais, assegurando a disponibilidade dos produtos para venda.Identificar e atuar na redução de rupturas, acompanhando estoques e necessidades de reposição junto aos setores responsáveis.Acompanhar o recebimento, armazenamento e movimentação de mercadorias, garantindo a organização dos estoques.Supervisionar inventários rotativos e gerais, apoiando ações de controle de estoque e prevenção de perdas.Realizar reuniões de alinhamento com as equipes, orientando quanto às metas, procedimentos e prioridades operacionais.Acompanhar escalas de trabalho, frequência e desempenho dos colaboradores, fornecendo feedbacks e apoiando o desenvolvimento profissional.Garantir a excelência no atendimento ao cliente, atuando na resolução de ocorrências e buscando a satisfação dos consumidores.Monitorar a organização, limpeza e conservação da loja, assegurando um ambiente agradável e seguro para clientes e colaboradores.Garantir o cumprimento das normas internas, procedimentos operacionais, requisitos de segurança e boas práticas da empresa.Apoiar a gerência da loja na implementação de ações comerciais, campanhas promocionais e iniciativas voltadas para o alcance dos resultados.Acompanhar promotores, fornecedores e prestadores de serviço, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões estabelecidos pela empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino Médio completo.Experiência em cargos de liderança no varejo alimentar.Vivência na coordenação de equipes operacionais.Conhecimento em rotinas de loja, incluindo abastecimento, layout, organização de gôndolas e controle de rupturas.Experiência com acompanhamento de metas, indicadores de desempenho e resultados operacionais.Conhecimento em processos de estoque, inventários e frente de caixa.Competências ComportamentaisLiderança e desenvolvimento de equipes.Comunicação clara e objetiva.Organização e disciplina operacional.Proatividade.Capacidade analítica e tomada de decisão.Foco em resultados.Trabalho em equipe e colaboração.Ética e comprometimento.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVale AlimentaçãoVale-transporteSeguro de vidaJornada Jornada de trabalho de 220 horas mensais e 44 horas semanais, com atuação em escala de revezamento, incluindo domingos e feriados.
