Empresa de grande porte do setor de logística busca Coordenador(a) de Manutenção para liderar a execução das rotinas e equipes de manutenção, assegurando disponibilidade, confiabilidade, segurança e custo-eficiência dos ativos sob sua responsabilidade, em alinhamento com os padrões corporativos e as metas de desempenho e descarbonização do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e coordenar as atividades de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva, priorizando por criticidade dos ativos e janelas operacionais.Garantir o cumprimento dos planos de manutenção e a qualidade técnica das intervenções, acompanhando a execução em campo.Monitorar indicadores de disponibilidade, falhas, reincidência, custos e segurança, propondo ações corretivas em reuniões periódicas com a equipe.Assegurar o cumprimento de normas de segurança, procedimentos técnicos e requisitos regulatórios (uso de APTs e EPIs em todas as intervenções).Atuar junto a compras, almoxarifado e planejamento para garantir materiais, serviços e recursos sem rupturas de abastecimento.Conduzir análises de falha (RCA, 5 Porquês) e planos de ação para eliminar causas recorrentes.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, padronização, digitalização e eficiência energética dos ativos.Liderar, desenvolver e gerir a equipe, realizar a distribuição de demandas, avaliações de desempenho, feedback contínuo, headcount e orçamento da área, e gestão do clima organizacional.Garantir que a equipe esteja devidamente treinada e auditar a conformidade com normas e padrões.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em coordenação de manutenção, gestão de equipes, indicadores, segurança e disponibilidade de ativos em ambiente operacional.Vivência em Gestão de manutenção (preventiva, preditiva e corretiva) e na gestão de equipes técnicasExpertise em indicadores e KPIs de manutenção e em normas de segurança em manutençãoInformações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOSVale AlimentaçãoPlano de Saúde e OdontológicoSeguro de VidaWellhubMODELO DE TRABALHORegime de contratação: CLTCarga horária: 44 horas semanais;Presencial na região Centro-oesteEssa vaga está disponível para a inscrição de pessoas com deficiência ou reabilitados do INSS.
