Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar e desenvolver as equipes de Manutenção Mecânica, Elétrica, Instrumentação, PCM e Conservação, garantindo a execução segura e eficiente das atividades da base.Planejar e coordenar as manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas em alinhamento com as programações de Produção, Logística e SSMA.Garantir a disponibilidade, confiabilidade e performance dos equipamentos, instalações e sistemas críticos da operação.Gerenciar indicadores de manutenção, promovendo análises de desempenho, identificação de causas raízes e implementação de ações de melhoria contínua.Estruturar, revisar e padronizar processos de manutenção, aplicando metodologias Lean Manufacturing, TPM e 5S para aumento da produtividade, redução de custos e geração de savings.Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade, meio ambiente e requisitos legais aplicáveis às operações industriais.Garantir a gestão e integridade dos ativos, ferramentas, instrumentos e sobressalentes críticos da unidade.Gerenciar os orçamentos de OPEX e CAPEX da unidade, garantindo eficiência na utilização dos recursos e aderência ao orçamento aprovado.Liderar projetos de melhoria, expansão e modernização de ativos em conjunto com a Engenharia Corporativa.Responder pela conservação predial, infraestrutura e manutenção da base produtiva e das bases satélites sob sua responsabilidade.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, inspeções regulatórias e iniciativas corporativas relacionadas à confiabilidade operacional e gestão de ativos.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia - preferencialmente Mecânica ou Elétrica.CREA ativo ou com disponibilidade para solicitar.Experiência consolidada em gestão de manutenção industrial.Experiência em liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes multidisciplinares.Conhecimento avançado do Pacote Office.Vivência na implantação e gestão de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs).Experiência com Planejamento e Controle da Manutenção (PCM).Experiência em gestão de OPEX, CAPEX e contratos de manutenção.Experiência com manutenção de bases de armazenamento, envasamento e processos industriais de GLP.CNH B.Disponibilidade para viagens.DiferenciaisPós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Manutenção, Gestão de Ativos, Engenharia de Confiabilidade ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em Sistemas de Gestão de SSMA.Experiência com as normas NR-10, NR-13, NR-20, NR-33 e NR-35.Vivência em ambientes industriais com forte cultura de segurança e melhoria contínua.Conhecimento e aplicação de metodologias Lean Manufacturing, TPM, WCM e 5S.Experiência com sistemas de gestão de manutenção (SAP PM ou similares).
