Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Manutenção Mecânica para integrar o time da unidade industrial localizada em Quixeré/CE. Unidade de Quixeré/CE

A planta industrial localizada em Quixeré vive atualmente um momento estratégico de evolução. A unidade está passando por importantes implementações de processos, procedimentos e sistemas de gestão, com o objetivo de elevar o padrão operacional e se tornar “best in class” no setor cimenteiro.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Coordenar as atividades de manutenção mecânica industrial da planta de Quixeré/CE, garantindo alta disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos ativos mecânicos; Liderar equipes técnicas, promovendo disciplina operacional e cultura de segurança; Implantar e fortalecer procedimentos, planos de manutenção preventiva e preditiva; Atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos de manutenção mecânica, buscando eficiência e redução de falhas; Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de produção, eletroeletrônica, engenharia e planejamento de manutenção; Contribuir para a construção de um ambiente de alta performance e excelência operacional.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica; Necessário experiência anterior continua no setor de Manutenção Mecânica em indústrias de cimento; Necessário vivência em gestão de equipes técnicas multidisciplinares como Mecânicos, Caldeireiros, Soldadores e Ajustadores Mecânicos; Necessário conhecimento em Confiabilidade, Planejamento de Manutenção e Gestão de Indicadores; Desejável conhecimento em ERP (TOTVS, SAP ou outros); Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em nossa unidade localizada na cidade de Quixeré/CE.
