Buscamos um profissional com interesse em Mecanização Agrícola, que queira desenvolver sua carreira e assumir novos desafios na área. Será responsável pela gestão das atividades de manutenção corretiva, preventiva e preditiva de máquinas e implementos agrícolas, caminhões e veículos leves, orientando e acompanhando as equipes técnicas e operacionais nos atendimentos em campo e na oficina. Também atuará no acompanhamento das paradas programadas e não programadas, garantindo a disponibilidade de peças, ferramentas e insumos necessários para a execução dos serviços, com foco na disponibilidade, confiabilidade e bom funcionamento dos ativos utilizados nas operações agrícolas e de apoio da unidade.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerir as atividades de manutenção de máquinas e implementos agrícolas, caminhões e veículos leves, garantindo a execução dos serviços de mecânica, elétrica, lubrificação, abastecimento, borracharia, soldagem, lavagem, recuperação e ajustes de componentes; Planejar e acompanhar as manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas, definindo cronogramas e paradas programadas, com foco na disponibilidade, confiabilidade e desempenho dos ativos; Acompanhar as operações em campo, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e atuando preventivamente para reduzir falhas, quebras e paradas não programadas dos equipamentos; Liderar e desenvolver as equipes técnicas e operacionais, acompanhando a execução dos serviços, promovendo orientações, DDS e ações de capacitação, com foco em segurança, qualidade e produtividade; Acompanhar os indicadores de manutenção e desempenho do setor, buscando eficiência operacional e melhoria contínua dos processos; Gerir a necessidade e disponibilidade de peças, ferramentas, insumos e materiais, acompanhando aquisições e buscando fornecedores de peças e serviços que atendam aos requisitos de qualidade, prazo e custo; Elaborar e gerir o orçamento de custeio da área, acompanhando o realizado versus orçado e propondo ações para otimização dos recursos e controle dos custos de manutenção; Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos e das normas de Segurança, Saúde, Meio Ambiente e Qualidade, apoiando auditorias, planos de ação e iniciativas relacionadas ao Sistema de Gestão Integrada (SGI); Participar das rotinas de gestão da unidade, contribuindo com análises, soluções e melhorias para a eficiência da mecanização e das operações agrícolas; Assegurar o cumprimento das políticas, normas e procedimentos da empresa, incluindo as práticas de 5S, Segurança, Qualidade e Produtividade (SQP).
