A Stine é uma empresa familiar com mais de 80 anos de história, fundada nos Estados Unidos por agricultores e movida pela inovação em genética de sementes.Reconhecida mundialmente como referência em pesquisa e melhoramento, a Stine lidera o desenvolvimento genético da soja, estando presente em grande parte das lavouras norte-americanas.No Brasil desde 2018, atua com sementes de soja e milho, levando ao produtor soluções que entregam produtividade, estabilidade e qualidade a cada safra.Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Marketing de Campo, para fazer parte do time de Marketing, na região da BR 163.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Coordenador(a) de Marketing de Campo na Stine você será responsável por:Responsável pela gestão e implementação do P&L de campanhas e ofertas para a região;Suportar o time comercial com informações/materiais/treinamentos sempre que necessário;Estruturar propostas de valor no atendimento aos clientes atendidos pelos diversos canais de vendas;Liderar por influência, os times comerciais para implementação das tabelas comerciais;Coletar informações de mercado, especialmente preços e andamento do mercado (análise de plantio, compras, etc);Auxiliar no planejamento estratégico (estruturação de informações e análises feitas no campo); Monitorar concorrência (ações, eventos, distribuição e preço);Planejar e executar as ações de campo, incluindo grandes eventos;Planejamento e controle do programa de geração de demanda;Assegurar que o orçamento geral esteja sob controle, gerenciando verbas de ações de campo com parceiros;Auxiliar na estruturação de procedimentos e fluxos internos ligados ao departamento;Gestão e implementação dos programas de relacionamento de marketing para todos os modelos de acesso;Acompanhamento da performance dos produtos a campo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesOs requisitos são:Formação superior em Agronomia ou similares;Experiência em Agricultura, preferencialmente em Sementes;Desejável MBA ou pós-graduação em Marketing;Pacote Office avançadoInglês e Espanhol será um diferencial;Boa comunicação com clientes internos e externos;Perfil Proativo, "hands on" e organizado.Disponibilidade para atuar na região de Sorriso ou Sinop ou Lucas do Rio Verde - MT.Informações adicionaisOs nossos benefícios são:Assistência Médica Unimed, sem coparticipaçãoAssistência Odontológica Odontoprev, sem coparticipação Seguro de VidaCartão Refeição/Alimentação SwileConvênio com Academias: Total PassClube de Compras: SwileAPPs de Saúde Mental e Vittude
