Estamos buscando uma liderança de marketing com perfil analítico, estratégico e altamente executor, capaz de acelerar a atração de alunos e a geração de demanda qualificada.

Se você tem autonomia, domina métricas de aquisição e sabe liderar estratégias multicanais voltadas para performance e posicionamento de marca, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.

Principais responsabilidades Liderar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de marketing, incluindo mídia paga, conteúdo, design e CRM. Planejar, supervisionar e otimizar campanhas de tráfego pago em Meta Ads, Google Ads e LinkedIn Ads com foco em geração de leads qualificados. Garantir alinhamento entre marketing e vendas para maximizar a qualidade da demanda e a conversão ao longo do funil. Definir, acompanhar e analisar métricas de desempenho como CAC, CPL, LTV, ROI e taxas de conversão por etapa do funil. Apoiar a estruturação e a otimização da jornada de leads, nutrição e relacionamento via CRM e automação. Supervisionar a estratégia de branding, redes sociais, e-mail marketing e materiais institucionais. Manter a Faculdade B7 como autoridade na formação para o mercado financeiro, fortalecendo o posicionamento da marca.

Experiência mínima de 3 anos atuando como Coordenador(a) ou Líder de Marketing. Experiência comprovada em marketing de performance, geração de demanda e gestão de funil de vendas. Vivência com nutrição de leads, CRM e automação de marketing. Domínio avançado de análise de dados e acompanhamento de indicadores de marketing. Conhecimento em campanhas de mídia paga, especialmente Meta Ads, Google Ads e LinkedIn Ads. Capacidade de atuar em parceria com vendas para definição de ICP e otimização do fluxo de passagem de leads.

Competências comportamentais

Perfil analítico e orientado a resultados. Liderança ativa, com habilidade para desenvolver pessoas e acompanhar entregas. Boa organização, priorização e gestão de múltiplas frentes simultâneas. Senso de dono, autonomia e proatividade. Facilidade para atuar em ambientes de crescimento acelerado e alta performance. Comunicação clara e colaboração entre áreas.

Diferenciais desejáveis
