Não é só o próximo emprego: é uma carreira.🏆 Somos certificados GPTW!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir os padrões dos Processos Logísticos e apresentar propostas de melhoria contínua nas atividades vinculadas a operação e treinamentos operacionais.Controle dos KPIs/dashboards da área;Acompanhar os treinamentos operacionais vencidos e a vencer da operação;Aplicar auditorias nos processos.Liderança e desenvolvimento de times, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho positivo e produtivo.Coordenar a execução dos processos, garantindo o atendimento dos procedimentos e instruções detrabalho vigentes da operação.Participação em projetos estratégicos, contribuindo com ideias inovadoras e soluções criativas.Atuar com brevidade sobre as intercorrências que possam acontecer no turno sob sua responsabilidade eestejam sob sua alçada.Atender e fomentar o atendimento dos valores e políticas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, Qualidade eMeio Ambiente, bem como as normas internas da Empresa.
