Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional formado(a) em Medicina Veterinária ou Zootecnia para atuar como Coordenador(a) de Pecuária, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento sustentável e a excelência operacional das atividades de Integração Lavoura-Pecuária (ILP) e da produção de proteína bovina. Será responsável por coordenar e apoiar as atividades sanitárias, zootécnicas e de manejo, garantindo a eficiência dos processos produtivos, o bem-estar animal, a sustentabilidade do sistema e o alcance dos resultados da operação.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar equipes próprias e temporárias, realizando a gestão do desempenho, engajamento, desenvolvimento e alinhamento às diretrizes da operação;Coordenar e implementar estratégias de nutrição animal, promovendo melhorias contínuas no desempenho zootécnico e nos resultados produtivos do rebanho;Monitorar, analisar e reportar indicadores de desempenho da área, assegurando a tomada de decisões baseada em dados e o alcance das metas estabelecidas; Planejar, controlar e acompanhar os processos produtivos da pecuária de corte, garantindo eficiência operacional, produtividade e conformidade com os padrões de qualidade definidos pela companhia; Desenvolver e capacitar colaboradores por meio da elaboração e condução de treinamentos técnicos, fortalecendo competências e promovendo a evolução contínua das equipes; Atuar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, implementando práticas e soluções que contribuam para a sustentabilidade, rentabilidade e excelência da operação pecuária.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Zootecnia ou Medicina Veterinária;Necessário experiência com gestão de equipe; Experiência sólida em pecuária de corte, com atuação em manejo sanitário e gestão de rebanhos em sistemas de produção bovina; Conhecimento técnico em todas as etapas do processo de recria de bovinos, incluindo sanidade, nutrição, manejo e indicadores de desempenho zootécnico; Vivência na condução de programas sanitários e no acompanhamento de resultados produtivos; Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) categoria B; Disponibilidade para residir em fazenda localizada Querência no estado de Mato Grosso.
