Liderar o ciclo mensal, integrando informações das diferentes áreas funcionais em um planejamento estratégico eficaz. Gerenciar o calendário de reuniões com pelo menos três meses de antecedência. Analisar variações da demanda irrestrita e a aderência à carteira de vendas, considerando influências internas e externas. Avaliar capacidades de produção, armazenagem, logística de corredores e operações portuárias. Colaborar com Suprimentos no desenvolvimento de planos de importação e compras.

Preparar e liderar as reuniões semanais, facilitando a comunicação entre as áreas envolvidas. Desenvolver e acompanhar os planos de abastecimento das fábricas. Monitorar o fluxo de liberação de vendas e o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega. Acompanhar line-up e atracações de navios, antecipando riscos de atraso. Coordenar com a Logística a otimização da movimentação de carga.Supervisionar produções e entregas semanais, analisando perdas diárias e propondo planos de ação corretiva.

Requisitos e qualificações

Graduação completa em Engenharia, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas. Domínio do Pacote Office; familiaridade com Power BI e sistemas ERP (SAP). Desejável Inglês avançado. Experiência sólida em planejamento e gestão de ciclos S&OP/S&OE, com vivência em coordenação interdepartamental e, idealmente, em operações logísticas e portuárias.Desejável experiência no mercado de fertilizantes. Disponibilidade para trabalho no escritório de Paulínia/SP.
