Buscamos uma pessoa para assumir a posição de Coordenador(a) de Pricing e Informações de Mercado, uma função estratégica para o Grupo Pitzi.Essa pessoa será responsável por estruturar a estratégia de Pricing em escala, organizando informações e análises que apoiem decisões de compra, recebimento, beneficiamento e comercialização dos produtos.Também terá como responsabilidade acompanhar e organizar os movimentos dos mercados em que atuamos, inicialmente smartphones, além de TVs e outras categorias.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Definir e acompanhar preços de compra de produtos, considerando produtos novos, usados, Trade-In e parceiros.Estruturar a precificação de produtos recebidos por diferentes canais, como salvados de seguros e retornos de aluguel.Considerar os custos de beneficiamento na definição dos preços e na análise de valor dos produtos.Analisar preço e demanda para apoiar a definição do melhor destino dos produtos: revenda B2B, e-commerce, locação B2C/B2B ou atendimento de sinistros.Estruturar informações para permitir decisões de Pricing em escala.Monitorar e organizar informações sobre os mercados em que atuamos, utilizando dados disponíveis ou adquiridos.Acompanhar movimentos de preços, oferta e demanda, transformando informações de mercado em insumos para decisões do negócio.Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas envolvidas na cadeia de compra, beneficiamento e comercialização dos devices.Requisitos e qualificações Experiência em Pricing, Inteligência de Mercado, Estratégia, Planejamento Comercial ou áreas relacionadas.Experiência com análise de preços, custos, demanda e rentabilidade.Capacidade analítica e facilidade para trabalhar com dados e informações de mercado.Visão de negócio e capacidade de transformar análises em recomendações para tomada de decisão.Capacidade de estruturar processos e análises de Pricing em um contexto de construção e crescimento.Boa comunicação e capacidade de atuar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas.
