Missão de capacitar e orientar tecnicamente o grupo de Supervisores Administrativos, visando à correta execução dos processos e procedimentos nas unidades. Desenvolver e implementar melhorias contínuas, atuando como guardião e facilitador dos processos e procedimentos administrativos. A Agrofel está há muito tempo ao lado do produtor rural, do plantio a colheita, com todos os insumos, o recebimento e a comercialização dos grãos. Mais recentemente lançamos a Agrofel Soluções Financeiras que, aliada ao Agrofel Bank, consolida nossa plataforma integrada de soluções, ampliando as possibilidades para o produtor rural prosperar e crescer o seu negócio ao longo de todo o ciclo produtivo da lavoura.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrientar o time de Supervisores Administrativos sobre os processos e rotinas administrativas das unidades: Contas a pagar e receber, Crédito e Cobrança, Financeiro, Fiscal, Controladoria, Logística de Insumos e Grãos e Departamento Pessoal, conforme politicas vigentes. Aprimorar os processos e implementar melhorias com apoio dos setores da matriz, visando maior eficiência e agilidade na operação. Atuar como guardião dos processos e procedimentos administrativos das unidades.Visitar unidades para dar suporte local, ministrando treinamentos específicos e orientações sobre os processos, politicas e procedimentos nas unidades das cidades de: Santa Maria, Júlio de Castilhos, Tupancieretã, Santa Tecla, Augusto Pestana, Santo Ângelo, Giruá, Chiapetta, Independência e Campo Novo.Acompanhamento de indicadores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo.Desejável Pós Graduação.Experiência em rotinas administrativa e financeira.Excel avançado, Power Bi.Experiência em Gestão de Pessoas.Disponibilidade para viagens com bastante frequência.Necessário residir na região Noroeste e das Missões.
