Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) de RH Generalista para ser o braço direito da liderança na gestão de pessoas, liderando a área de ponta a ponta e conduzindo a estruturação e evolução do RH. Será responsável por definir processos e prioridades, desenvolver o time para que cada frente opere com autonomia e representar o RH junto às lideranças de operação e à matriz. É uma posição de liderança com forte componente de execução. 

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParceria com o negócio: atuar como referência de RH para as lideranças de lojas, televendas, Customer Service, logística e administrativo, apoiando decisões relacionadas a estrutura, desempenho e clima.Liderança do time de RH: definir metas, rotinas de acompanhamento e padrões de entrega para as quatro frentes da área (Departamento Pessoal, Recrutamento e Seleção, Comunicação Interna e Estágio), desenvolvendo o time e preparando os profissionais para atuar com autonomia.Atração e seleção: garantir previsibilidade em um cenário de alto volume e rotatividade, fortalecer a marca empregadora e a experiência do candidato e conduzir pessoalmente os processos para posições de liderança.Desempenho e desenvolvimento: implantar avaliação de desempenho, trilhas de carreira, programa de desenvolvimento de lideranças e mapeamento de talentos para posições críticas.Cultura, engajamento e comunicação interna: conduzir pesquisas de clima e eNPS, transformar os resultados em planos de ação por área e sustentar rituais e iniciativas de comunicação que conectem a operação à estratégia.Departamento Pessoal e compliance: responder por folha, jornada, rescisões e obrigações legais, garantindo processos em dia, auditáveis e aderentes às CCTs e à agenda regulatória, incluindo transparência salarial, eSocial e riscos psicossociais relacionados à NR-1.Indicadores e sistemas: sustentar um painel de indicadores de pessoas, incluindo turnover, absenteísmo, custo, tempo de fechamento de vagas, eNPS e indicadores trabalhistas, além de conduzir projetos de sistemas da área, como folha, ponto e ferramentas de gestão.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior em Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas.5+ anos de experiência em RH, com pelo menos 2 anos liderando pessoas ou conduzindo frentes de RH de ponta a ponta. Não é obrigatório ter ocupado formalmente o cargo de Coordenador(a).Domínio de Departamento Pessoal e legislação trabalhista aplicada, incluindo folha, jornada, rescisão e CCTs, no nível necessário para revisar criticamente as entregas do time.Atuação consistente em frentes como recrutamento e seleção, clima, treinamento, desenvolvimento, desempenho ou cargos e salários.Autonomia, capacidade de priorização e senso de dono para atuar em um ambiente de crescimento e processos em construção. Disponibilidade para visitas periódicas às lojas na Grande São Paulo.
