Coordenadar as atividades e quipes envolvidas no processo de Requisições e Incidentes para o pronto atendimento das demandas, tratamento e resolução de incidentes e restabelecimento dos serviços de TIC, garantindo o cumprimento dos níveis mínimos de serviço, a qualidade do atendimento e a satisfação dos usuários e clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuições· Coordenar o processo de requisições e incidentes da Operação.· Acompanhar todo o fluxo do processo de requisições e incidentes, desde a origem do chamado, passando pelos níveis de atendimento, até o callback para o usuário.· Identificar e agrupar os principais incidentes, instruindo a Central de Serviços com as melhores estratégias para mitigação.· Informar aos gestores da operação sobre recorrência de incidentes.· Orientar a atuação das equipes da operação em situações críticas de trabalho, bem como interagir com os usuários quando for necessário.· Alimentar o processo de problemas com os casos de recorrência de incidentes.· Acompanhar as filas de atendimento objetivando aplicar o controle de qualidade e identificar potenciais incidentes.· Apresentar relatórios gerenciais consolidados com informações sobre os indicadores de nível de serviço e grau de satisfação dos usuários em relação aos serviços prestados contratados.· Elaborar outros documentos relativos à natureza dos serviços prestados para apoio da operação, quando demandado.· Participar de reuniões cuja presença tenha sido solicitada.· Registrar todas as reuniões realizadas em ata, mantendo o histórico de decisões e ações.· Prover a gerência com os relatórios técnicos e gerenciais necessários e suficientes para a comprovação dos serviços realizados.· Relacionar-se com fornecedores externos de suporte e assistência técnica para a operação, se necessário.· Garantir que as atividades relacionadas ao processo que coordena sejam executadas na forma e nos prazos estabelecidos no presente termo de referência, com observância dos respectivos fluxos, em especial quanto ao respeito aos Níveis Mínimos de Serviço· Zelar pelo restabelecimento dos serviços, no menor tempo possível, bem como sua evolução e contínua melhoria.· Executar outras atividades relacionadas à coordenação do processo de requisições e incidentes, bem como as definidas no Catálogo de Serviços de TIC da operação referentes à competência deste serviço.· Cumprir com os procedimentos, processos, políticas e as obrigações de Compliance do Grupo Lanlink, reportando preocupações, questões, falhas de compliance e participando dos treinamentos conforme requerido. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica:Superior Completo na área de Tecnologia da Informação.Certificações Obrigatórias:Certificação ITIL Foundation V3 ou superior;Certificação ISO 20000 ou Curso Equivalente.Experiência Profissional:Experiência na área de TIC;Experiência com atuação nos cargos de supervisor, coordenador ou gerente de equipes de TI baseadas nas boas práticas do modelo ITIL;Experiência de uso prático com ferramentas de ITSM.Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios:Plano de saúde Hapvida, Bradesco ou Unimed (aplicáveis de acordo com a região);Plano odontológico Hapvida Odonto ou Bradesco Dental;Vale Alimentação ou Refeição;Seguro de vida 100% custeado pela Lanlink;Vale transporte;GympassAusterConvênio farmácia;Convênio faculdades;Plataforma de Educação Corporativa;Kit Bem-vindo ao mundo bebê;Plataforma Moodar.
