Nossas 2 fábricas, com capacidade produtiva superior a 500 milhões de litros por ano, nossa ampla capacidade logística em todo país, somado a um terminal de óleos básicos e uma rede de Distribuidores, atendem mais de 100 mil clientes com nossas grandes marcas, reconhecidas pela sua excelência e qualidade: Texaco Lubrificantes e Ipiranga Lubrificantes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição e resumo do cargo:Liderar a agenda de Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Gestão de Riscos da companhia, fortalecendo a cultura de segurança, a gestão dos riscos críticos e a excelência operacional nas unidades industriais, operações logísticas e parceiros estratégicos.Principais atividades:Liderar os programas corporativos de Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Gestão de Riscos.Coordenar a gestão de riscos críticos e iniciativas de Segurança de Processos (PSM/SEPRO).Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões e requisitos de QSSMA nas operações e parceiros.Atuar como referência técnica para as lideranças e equipes operacionais.Conduzir auditorias, inspeções, investigações de incidentes e planos de ação.Monitorar indicadores e promover ações de melhoria contínua.Liderar e desenvolver a equipe, fortalecendo a cultura de prevenção e gestão de riscos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPré-requisitosFormação superior em Engenharia, Química ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em Segurança do Trabalho, Meio Ambiente e Gestão de Riscos em ambientes industriais.Vivência em operações industriais, logística e gestão de prestadores de serviço.Experiência na liderança de equipes e interface com diferentes níveis da organização.Desejável experiência em Segurança de Processos (PSM/SEPRO).Diferenciais:Experiência nos segmentos químico, petroquímico, combustíveis, lubrificantes, óleo e gás ou operações com produtos perigosos.Conhecimento em Sistemas de Gestão Integrados (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001).Experiência em programas de fortalecimento da cultura de segurança.Oque esperamos de você:Visão analítica;Proatividade;Autonomia;Foco no cliente;Mentalidade de inovação.Informações adicionaisO que a gente te oferece?🕗 Horário flexível/Jornada Híbrida😋 Vale Refeição (mesmo durante as férias)🩺 Wellhub, Plano de Saúde e Odontológico💙Auxílio filho com deficiência⌛ Previdência Privada💰 Programa de Remuneração Variável💸 Adicional por Tempo de Serviço📈 Desenvolvimento Constante💼 Plano de Carreira🏢 Empresa Cidadã💸 Seguro de Vida e Assistência FuneralE aí, topa o desafio?
