para atuar em nosso time em Jarinu/SP.Se você é uma pessoa organizada, atenta aos detalhes, com boa comunicação e interesse em desenvolver essa oportunidade pode ser ideal para você!No dia a dia, você será responsável por

rotinas de planejamento de demanda (S&OP), compras e gestão de fornecedores. Responsável por planejar, organizar e controlar as atividades de compras, estoques, além de coordenar a execução do ciclo de Planejamento de Vendas das redes e Operações de modo a garantir o ressuprimento e abastecimento no tempo certo.

Responsabilidades e atribuições ·         Definir políticas de compras e de administração de estoques;

·         Implementar estratégias eficientes de abastecimento e gerenciamento de produtos por categorias;

·         Elaborar metas e indicadores de acompanhamento dos níveis de estoque;

·         Negociar com fornecedores para garantir as melhores condições de compra;

·         Monitorar a qualidade e a entrega dos materiais;

·         Planejar e organizar as politicas de estoques juntos as redes;

·         Gerir e acompanhar a agenda de recebimento diária, atendendo a capacidade dia de volumes a serem recebidos por ambiente, bem como a distribuição dos veículos e volumes agendados ao longo do dia;

·         Estabelecer, em conjunto com o superior imediato, planos, metas e estratégias da área, contribuindo para o processo decisório da Empresa, através de análises e informações gerenciais confiáveis e oportunas;

·         Garantir níveis de estoques adequados a política de Capital de giro (Working Capital) da companhia;

·         Gerir a equipe de suprimentos;

·         Garantir a capacitação de seus liderados, bem como a evolução crescente e constante das habilidades e competências exigidas, através do controle dos processos e programas de seleção, treinamento e motivação dos membros de sua equipe;

Domínio do pacote Office, com conhecimentos avançado em Excel, PowerPoint e Power BI (desejável); Perfil analítico, proativo, forte relacionamento interpessoal; Pensamento crítico, Curiosidade, Criatividade, Comunicação, Facilidade com números, Resiliência, Empatia.
