Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Tesouraria/CSC (Centro de Serviço Compartilhado) para atuar de forma estratégica e operacional na gestão do fluxo de caixa, garantindo solidez financeira e eficiência nas movimentações da companhia. Essa pessoa terá papel fundamental na análise, planejamento e controle das operações de tesouraria, além de apoiar a tomada de decisão junto à liderança financeira.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as rotinas de tesouraria, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e a acuracidade das informações financeiras;Gerir o fluxo de caixa diário e projetado, realizando análises e propondo melhorias para otimização de recursos;Controlar aplicações financeiras, captações e conciliações bancárias;Acompanhar e negociar operações financeiras com bancos e instituições;Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas e dos controles de compliance;Apoiar o fechamento contábil e reportes gerenciais da área;Atendimento à auditoria Interna e Externa;Gestão da carteira de clientes/marcas estratégicas (para assuntos financeiros).Liderar e desenvolver o time de tesouraria, promovendo uma atuação colaborativa e orientada a resultados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Finanças ou áreas correlatas;Excel Intermediário/Avançado;Conhecimento em SAP;Conhecimentos básicos em contabilidade e conciliação;Experiência com Van bancárias e outros sistemas de conciliação (Diferencial);Power BI + Ferramentas de AI (Diferencial).Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos?Além de um clima descontraído, sem política de dress code e total open space, compartilhamos de alguns outros benefícios que trazem qualidade de vida e muita felicidade:🩺Assistência MédicaSaúde em primeiro lugar!
