Vem com a gente?  Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) de TI para participar da implantação das soluções SAP em um contexto de transformação digital e modernização tecnológica, conectando as necessidades do negócio às melhores práticas de mercado. A posição terá o desafio de garantir soluções integradas, eficientes e sustentáveis, atuando em parceria com diferentes áreas, fornecedores e equipe interna para apoiar a evolução dos processos e gerar valor para o negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar frentes de projetos e iniciativas relacionados ao ecossistema SAP, garantindo alinhamento com as necessidades e prioridades do negócio;Atuar de forma consultiva junto às áreas clientes, compreendendo desafios, identificando oportunidades e propondo soluções tecnológicas;Coordenar a evolução e a sustentação dos sistemas sob sua responsabilidade, assegurando estabilidade, integração e continuidade operacional;Conduzir iniciativas de transformação digital e modernização tecnológica, promovendo maior eficiência, integração e escalabilidade dos processos;Gerenciar a carteira de demandas, definindo prioridades, prazos e recursos em conjunto com as áreas envolvidas;Garantir a entrega dos projetos dentro do escopo, prazo, orçamento e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos;Liderar e desenvolver a equipe, fortalecendo um ambiente colaborativo, de aprendizado contínuo e foco em resultados;Gerenciar fornecedores e parceiros de tecnologia, acompanhando desempenho, entregas, contratos e níveis de serviço;Monitorar indicadores da área e propor ações de melhoria contínua;Avaliar tendências, soluções e melhores práticas que contribuam para a evolução do ambiente SAP e da estratégia de tecnologia.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida com projetos de implantação de  soluções SAP e sistemas corporativos integrados;Vivência na liderança de projetos de transformação digital ou modernização de sistemas;Experiência em gestão de equipes, fornecedores e parceiros de tecnologia;Conhecimento em gestão de projetos, integração de sistemas e governança de TI;Capacidade de atuar de forma consultiva junto às áreas de negócio;
