Somos referência mundial na avicultura e produção de alimentos, reconhecida pela excelência em qualidade e foco em inovação.Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Coordenador, com foco na área de Merchandising, em nossa unidade de Porto Alegre.Nesta posição, você terá a oportunidade de garantir a excelência e a produtividade da operação de Merchandising em campo, transformando os indicadores de execução em resultados para a marca e para o negócio, por meio da liderança de equipes e da otimização de recursos. Se você busca uma oportunidade para aplicar seus conhecimentos, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar a operação de Merchandising, garantindo excelência na execução da marca e dos produtos no ponto de venda. Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar supervisores e promotores, definindo direcionamentos, metas e rotinas de acompanhamento. Garantir exposição, disponibilidade e posicionamento adequados dos produtos nos diferentes canais e clientes. Acompanhar ruptura, estoque, fluxo de produtos, share de gôndola e demais indicadores de execução. Gerenciar e otimizar roteiros, cobertura e produtividade da equipe de campo. Acompanhar a performance da operação e estruturar planos de ação a partir dos indicadores e das visitas de campo. Gerenciar o relacionamento e a performance de agências e parceiros de Merchandising. Acompanhar custos e orçamento da operação, buscando eficiência e melhor utilização dos recursos. Desenvolver materiais de ponto de venda e monitorar oportunidades e movimentos da concorrência. Propor ações de incentive para time de campo. Atuar em integração com Marketing, Trade Marketing, Comercial, Vendas, Planejamento Comercial e Supply Chain. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa. Experiência em Merchandising e gestão de operações de campo. Experiência com liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes. Vivência com execução no PDV, ruptura, estoque, exposição, cobertura e produtividade. Conhecimento em roteirização, indicadores e gestão de orçamento/custos. Excel intermediário ou avançado; Power BI será considerado diferencial. Boa capacidade de comunicação, relacionamento, liderança e tomada de decisão. Disponibilidade para viagens e base de trabalho em Porto Alegre/RS.
