Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e acompanhar a operação de vendas, garantindo a qualidade e eficiência no atendimento aos leads e clientes;Gerenciar a equipe de vendas, acompanhando metas, indicadores, desempenho e desenvolvimento dos profissionais;Acompanhar o fluxo de leads, garantindo a correta distribuição, atendimento e atualização das oportunidades no CRM;Monitorar o funil de vendas, identificando oportunidades de melhoria nas etapas de contato, negociação e fechamento;Apoiar a equipe em negociações e estratégias comerciais, visando o aumento da conversão e o alcance dos resultados;Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores de performance comercial, identificando desvios e propondo planos de ação;Garantir a utilização adequada das plataformas e ferramentas comerciais, assegurando a qualidade das informações registradas;Desenvolver estratégias para ativação, recuperação e melhor aproveitamento da base de leads;Realizar reuniões, treinamentos e acompanhamentos periódicos com a equipe, visando aprimorar a produtividade e os resultados;Acompanhar campanhas e ações comerciais, garantindo o alinhamento da equipe quanto às estratégias e condições de vendas;Atuar em conjunto com Marketing e demais áreas envolvidas no processo comercial, contribuindo para a melhoria da jornada e experiência do cliente;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos comerciais, promovendo a eficiência e a padronização das operações;Apresentar resultados, indicadores e oportunidades de melhoria à gestão, fornecendo informações para tomada de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCRECI ativo.Experiência no mercado imobiliário, preferencialmente em operações comerciais e vendas.Experiência em gestão e liderança de equipes comerciais, com acompanhamento de metas, indicadores e desenvolvimento de profissionais.Vivência na gestão de leads, acompanhamento de funil de vendas e utilização de CRM.Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas, negociação, atendimento ao cliente e estratégias de conversão.Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas de acompanhamento de indicadores comerciais.Experiência na elaboração de relatórios, análise de resultados e desenvolvimento de planos de ação.Informações adicionais🩺 Convênio Médico 🎯Comissão por vendas realizadas!
