Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) Pedagógico(a) para atuar nos segmentos de Ensino Fundamental – Anos Finais (EFAF) e Ensino Médio, contribuindo diretamente para o desenvolvimento pedagógico, acompanhamento do corpo docente e fortalecimento da experiência dos estudantes e suas famílias.Buscamos um perfil com vivência significativa na área da Educação, experiência em gestão e liderança de equipes, excelente comunicação e facilidade para construir relações de confiança com diferentes públicos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e acompanhar as atividades pedagógicas dos segmentos de EFAF e Ensino Médio;Acompanhar, orientar e apoiar o corpo docente, contribuindo para o planejamento, desenvolvimento e aprimoramento das práticas pedagógicas;Realizar acompanhamento do desempenho acadêmico e do desenvolvimento dos estudantes, propondo estratégias de melhoria quando necessário;Apoiar professores na condução de situações pedagógicas e disciplinares;Promover reuniões, alinhamentos e momentos formativos com a equipe docente;Acompanhar indicadores de aprendizagem, frequência, desempenho e demais aspectos relacionados à rotina escolar;Atuar em parceria com a equipe pedagógica e demais áreas da instituição na construção de projetos e ações educacionais;Manter relacionamento próximo e estratégico com famílias e responsáveis, acolhendo demandas, realizando devolutivas e conduzindo situações de forma assertiva e empática;Mediar conflitos e situações sensíveis envolvendo estudantes, famílias e equipe escolar;Garantir o cumprimento das diretrizes pedagógicas e dos processos institucionais;Contribuir para a construção de um ambiente escolar positivo, organizado, colaborativo e voltado ao desenvolvimento dos estudantes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa, preferencialmente em Pedagogia, Licenciaturas ou áreas relacionadas à Educação;Experiência significativa em ambiente escolar, especialmente nos segmentos EFAF e/ou Ensino Médio;Vivência anterior em coordenação pedagógica, gestão escolar ou liderança de equipes;Experiência no acompanhamento e desenvolvimento de professores;Excelente comunicação oral e escrita;Agilidade, organização e capacidade de resolução de problemas;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e conduzir diferentes demandas simultaneamente;Forte habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, especialmente no contato com famílias;Postura acolhedora, empática e, ao mesmo tempo, firme para condução de situações desafiadoras;Perfil dinâmico, proativo e mão na massa, com capacidade de atuar em uma rotina escolar dinâmica.Informações adicionaisExperiência com gestão pedagógica de EFAF e Ensino Médio, acompanhamento de indicadores educacionais e desenvolvimento/formação continuada de professores.Se você acredita na educação como ferramenta de transformação, gosta de pessoas e tem energia para fazer acontecer, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!Atuação - Presencial em São Paulo - SP
