Tradição e Modernidade são o coração dos nossos negócios.Com a capacidade de antecipar tendências, a JHSF traz soluções inovadoras para os segmentos em que atua, e estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Coordenador(a) Homologação de Fornecedores dando suporte as áreas de negócio, com propriedade e paixão em cada processo.Venha fazer parte do time e transformar conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar a implementação da área de Cadastro e Homologação de Fornecedores, transformando políticas, normas, fluxos, SLA's e controles em processos operacionais eficientes.Coordenar todo o fluxo de homologação de fornecedores, desde a solicitação inicial até a decisão final, assegurando a análise documental, fiscal, cadastral e regulatória. Desenvolver critérios de segmentação e classificação de fornecedores, considerando níveis de criticidade e riscos relacionados ao negócio.Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Jurídico, Financeiro, Compliance e ESG para consolidação de pareceres e apoio à tomada de decisão sobre homologações e bloqueios. Estruturar e garantir a governança do cadastro mestre de fornecedores, assegurando qualidade, integridade, rastreabilidade e atualização das informações. Implementar e acompanhar processos de monitoramento contínuo, requalificação periódica e gestão de riscos de terceiros.Apoiar a implantação e evolução da plataforma de homologação de fornecedores e sua integração com os sistemas corporativos.Conduzir iniciativas de melhoria e reestruturação dos processos de cadastro e homologação junto às áreas de Tecnologia, Suprimentos e stakeholders internos. Desenvolver indicadores de desempenho, dashboards e relatórios executivos para acompanhamento dos resultados e da maturidade da área. Atuar como ponto focal em auditorias internas e externas, garantindo controle documental e aderência às políticas corporativas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ imprescindível que você tenha:Formação superior completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Economia, Gestão de Negócios, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas. Experiência em homologação de fornecedores, gestão de terceiros, compliance ou gestão de riscos de fornecedores. Vivência em análise documental, fiscal, cadastral e processos de due diligence. Experiência com governança de dados cadastrais, controles internos e auditorias. Conhecimento em construção e acompanhamento de indicadores e gestão de processos. Experiência com liderança de pessoas ou coordenação de projetos e frentes de trabalho (incluindo como analista sênior ou especialista de referência).Experiência com ERP de grande porte, preferencialmente TOTVS Protheus. Excel avançado. Inglês intermediário. Capacidade de estruturar uma área do zero; Forte senso de responsabilidade, governança e gestão de riscos; Capacidade de influenciar e articular com áreas multidisciplinares; Visão analítica, pensamento crítico e tomada de decisão baseada em evidências; Organização, disciplina e foco em melhoria contínua.

Será um diferencial caso você tiver:Participação na implantação ou reestruturação de processos de homologação, qualificação de fornecedores ou gestão de riscos de terceiros. Experiência com plataformas de homologação e due diligence, como Linkana, CIAL, KPMG Watch ou similares. Vivência em saneamento e governança de cadastro de fornecedores em TOTVS Protheus. Conhecimento em Compliance, LGPD, ESG e programas de integridade.Experiência em ambientes de grande porte ou grupos multinegócio.Espanhol intermediário.
