One Ero.Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar as equipes técnicas de operação de mina, perfuração e desmonte de rocha, infraestrutura e sala de controle, de maneira efetiva, alinhado com a estratégia geral da organização e com os valores da empresa. Coordenar os processos produtivos de extração de minério/estéril: Perfuração, desmonte, carregamento e transporte. Preparação da mina: acessos, infraestrutura, pilhas de estéril e minério, gestão de contratadas, etc. Garantir o desenvolvimento contínuo da equipe, maximizando a eficiência operacional de seus times. Realizar gestão de contratos e fornecedores. Participar do ciclo orçamentário e de planejamento estratégico, definindo premissas e indicadores-chave de desempenho. Gerir o orçamento da mina, controlando custos e garantindo o uso eficiente dos recursos disponíveis. Assegurar o cumprimento dos orçamentos de custeio e investimento, promovendo a melhor utilização dos recursos. Realizar benchmarking e propor ações para melhoria contínua dos processos de operação de mina. Identificar, avaliar e mitigar riscos operacionais, ambientais e de segurança associados às operações da mina. Garantir o cumprimento das normas e regulamentos ambientais, de segurança e de saúde, bem como das políticas internas da empresa. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Engenharia de Minas.Registro ativo no CREA.Experiência em gestão de equipes. Experiência em Operação de Mina | Infraestrutura | Perfuração e Desmonte.
