A filial Perdizes da Cultura Inglesa está em busca de uma pessoa Coordenadora Pedagógica que também exercerá a Gestão Operacional da unidade. Procuramos uma pessoa comprometida com a excelência acadêmica e a inovação no ensino de idiomas, além de ter “senso de dono”, pois será responsável pelo funcionamento da unidade e por sua performance financeira.

Responsabilidades:

Garantir o funcionamento da unidade Perdizes. Garantir a excelência acadêmica. Avaliar e desenvolver o corpo docente. Gerenciar questões acadêmicas e resolver reclamações de forma eficaz. Organizar o timetable e fornecer dados para a gestão. Substituir professores em emergências e, quando necessário, ministrar aulas. Conduzir o processo de seleção, acolhimento e acompanhamento de novos professores, assegurando sua integração e desenvolvimento. Planejar, coordenar e promover treinamentos pedagógicos, alinhando práticas locais às diretrizes institucionais. Realizar observações de aula com foco formativo, acompanhando a evolução docente ao longo dos anos. Supervisionar o processo de avaliação e nivelamento dos alunos, garantindo coerência com o CEFR e materiais didáticos. Monitorar o cumprimento de registros acadêmicos, chamadas e lançamentos de conteúdo nos sistemas internos. Colaborar com eventos pedagógicos e institucionais, atuando em parceria com equipe comercial e administrativa. Acompanhar a aplicação das avaliações e apoiar os professores na coleta de evidências do progresso dos alunos. Zelar pela conduta ética dos professores e garantir o alinhamento com os valores e políticas da instituição. Participar do planejamento e da distribuição de turmas, considerando perfil, experiência e carga horária dos professores. Estimular a participação da equipe em iniciativas de desenvolvimento profissional contínuo, como cursos e eventos acadêmicos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos:

Experiência em cargos de gestão de serviços ou negócios (não precisa ser em gestão de escola). Experiência prévia em coordenação pedagógica no ensino de inglês. Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em sala de aula. Vivência com acompanhamento e desenvolvimento de professores. Graduação ou pós-graduação na área de ensino-aprendizagem de idiomas. Comunicação clara, segura e assertiva. Habilidade em análise de dados e uso de ferramentas tecnológicas aplicadas ao ensino. Certificações como DELTA, CELTA ou TKT serão consideradas diferenciais.
