Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as atividades de planejamento estratégico, acompanhamento de obras e serviços, bem como a gestão de contratos relacionados à concessão rodoviária, assegurando conformidade legal, eficiência operacional, cumprimento de prazos, custos e qualidade, em alinhamento com as diretrizes da concessionária e os órgãos reguladores.Principais Responsabilidades:Planejar, coordenar e monitorar as atividades relacionadas aos contratos de obras, serviços e fornecimentos da concessão;Garantir a correta elaboração, análise e gestão de contratos, assegurando aderência às normas legais, cláusulas regulatórias e exigências contratuais da ANTT/ARTESP (ou outro órgão regulador aplicável);Acompanhar o ciclo de vida dos contratos, desde a elaboração de editais e termos de referência até a fiscalização da execução, aditivos e encerramentos;Controlar prazos, custos, medições e indicadores de desempenho de obras e serviços contratados;Coordenar o planejamento de obras, manutenção e serviços, alinhando cronogramas, orçamentos e recursos com as áreas envolvidas;Apoiar na elaboração do planejamento plurianual e relatórios periódicos de acompanhamento para órgãos reguladores e para a alta gestão da concessionária;Assegurar o cumprimento de padrões de qualidade, segurança viária, meio ambiente e saúde ocupacional nas atividades contratadas;Identificar riscos contratuais e operacionais, propondo ações preventivas e corretivas;Liderar equipe técnica, promovendo desenvolvimento profissional, organização de processos e cultura de melhoria contínua;Atuar como elo de comunicação entre fornecedores, órgãos reguladores e as demais áreas internas da concessionária.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia Civil, Administração, Economia, Direito ou áreas correlatas. Desejável pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos, Gestão de Contratos ou Planejamento Estratégico.

Requisitos Desejáveis:Experiência prévia em concessões de infraestrutura, especialmente rodovias;Vivência em gestão de contratos de grande porte, obras rodoviárias e/ou serviços terceirizados;Conhecimento em legislação aplicada a concessões públicas e contratos administrativos.
