Estamos constantemente aplicando a experiência do nosso time para maximizar nossa produção, transformando O&G em valor para o Brasil.Venha crescer com a gente!Missão do Cargo:Gerenciar e assegurar a segurança dos processos operacionais da empresa, em instalações onshore, promovendo a conformidade regulatória, a integridade operacional e a mitigação de riscos através da liderança em análises de risco, auditorias e suporte técnico.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a estratégia de segurança de processos da empresa, garantindo a aplicação das melhores práticas do setor e a conformidade com os requisitos regulatórios e outras normativas relevantes.Assegurar que todas as instalações onshore estejam em conformidade com os requisitos de segurança de processos, conduzindo revisões periódicas de sistemas críticos e procedimentos operacionais.Supervisionar as auditorias internas e externas de segurança de processos, garantindo que as recomendações sejam implementadas de forma eficiente.Coordenar os processos de gestão de mudanças em instalações industriais, supervisionando os impactos operacionais e de segurança de novos projetos e modificações em ativos existentes.Atuar como ponto de contato principal em auditorias relacionadas à segurança de processos, com órgãos reguladores como ANP, SSO, seguradoras e Corpo de Bombeiros, entre outros.Propor e implementar melhorias contínuas baseadas na análise de indicadores e no monitoramento de tendências de incidentes e quase-incidentes.Desenvolver e monitorar indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs) relacionados à integridade e confiabilidade dos processos e sistemas operacionais, garantindo que as metas de segurança sejam alcançadas e superadas.Gerenciar a interface entre segurança de processos e atividades de licenciamento ambiental, assegurando que todos os projetos e operações da empresa estejam em conformidade com os requisitos ambientais e de segurança.Oferecer suporte técnico contínuo às áreas operacionais, garantindo a integração de sistemas e equipamentos críticos nas operações e nos procedimentos de segurança.Desenvolver políticas e procedimentos robustos de segurança de processos, alinhados às diretrizes corporativas e regulatórias, assegurando a consistência nas operações e a mitigação de riscos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em segurança de processos em indústria de óleo e gás; Amplo conhecimento sobre regulação, especialmente ANP; Experiência com gestão de pessoas; Inglês Avançado/Fluente.
