Em nosso núcleo, temos um ambiente humano: pessoas apaixonadas que são movidas pelo propósito de melhorar a qualidade de vida e contribuir para um futuro mais saudável.Será responsável por liderar todas as iniciativas para a categoria de Máquinas de Cafés Nescafé Dolce Gusto (NDG), considerando estratégias de produto, portfolio, demanda, importação, ativação comercial, relacionamento com parceiros e pós venda. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAlinhamento estratégico para o portfólio de máquinas NDG;Coordena o Plano Comercial com parceiros e canais diretos (e-commerce, Trade MKT, cápsulas NDG)Desenvolve e garante a implementação de ativações comerciais (Trade Marketing) para o crescimento da categoria, junto com parceiros (merchandising, MPDV, plano clientes, promoções sazonais);Analisa mercado (sell-out., market share, distribuição, preço - GFK);Coordena com Supply Chain demanda, estoque, importação e distribuição de máquinas NDG;Adapta embalagens e requisitos técnicos para comercialização (visão de marketing);Monitora indicadores de performance;Coordena e monitora operação de pós vendas (CES, assistência técnica).Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil empreendedor, mindset test & learn;Visão externa/benchmark para trazer melhorias de processo e parcerias;Facilidade de relacionamento em diversos níveis, áreas e parceirosFoco no resultado e entendimento do impacto no negócio;Análise de mercado (crescimento, distribuição, preço, market share, sazões);Proatividade e pensamento analítico;Inglês avançado.
