Presencial, no Centro do Rio, pertinho da estação Carioca do metrô.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender diretamente aos alunos da modalidade presencial, compreendendo a realidade dos jovens adultos e possíveis dificuldades de aprendizado e relacionamento, fazendo a ponte com as demais equipes da instituição.Apoiar a direção e os demais coordenadores pedagógicos em iniciativas diversas.Organizar clubes e atividades pedagógicas variadas com foco no engajamento de alunos da modalidade presencial. Fortalecer a cultura de inovação, promovendo a participação dos alunos em hackathons, competições variadas, eventos presenciais, mentorias e trilhas de estudo.Promover a integração dos alunos da Faculdade Infnet com a Faculdade ECDD, participando de atividades conjuntas, incluindo hackathons interdisciplinares. Promover a melhoria contínua das graduações presenciais, considerando a realidade dos alunos recém-egressos do ensino médio, ajudando-os a lidar com questões de inclusão, relacionamento e soft skills.Promover a integração dos alunos atuais com egressos já inseridos no mercado de trabalho.Ajudar os alunos na sua colocação no mercado de trabalho, atraindo empresas para o campus e preparando-os para entrevistas e processos seletivos em geral.Participar dos processos acadêmicos das graduações presenciais, como reuniões pedagógicas, preparação para o Enade e organização de planos de ensino.Receber, entrevistar e orientar candidatos e seus responsáveis durante o processo seletivo de graduação.Participar de eventos presenciais em colégios.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Graduação completa em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia Química, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia de Controle e Automação, Engenharia Ambiental, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia de Computação, Engenharia de Software, ou engenharias correlatas;Mestrado em andamento;Habilidade interpessoal, para formar relacionamentos com alunos presenciais de graduação;Capacidade de conexão e empatia com jovens de 17 a 25 anos, entendendo suas demandas e linguagens;Energia e disposição para presença diária na instituição, interagindo com os alunos e participando de eventos;Forte afinidade com computação e software.Desejáveis:Graduação concluída a partir de 2017;Mestrado completo;Potencial para ministrar aulas de graduação.Informações adicionaisR$6.000 fixos + remuneração pelas aulas ministradas.É esperado que o coordenador eventualmente atue também como docente, ministrando disciplinas de graduação conforme suas competências. Para fins de um melhor entendimento sobre a remuneração, o valor em vigor para uma disciplina presencial de graduação com duas aulas semanais, em meses cheios, é de cerca de R$3.300,00.
