Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê vai fazer aqui:Operações de RH & Relações Sindicais: Liderar as rotinas operacionais de Administração de Pessoal e gerenciar as Relações Sindicais, atuando como ponto focal de Operações de RH.Apoio Estratégico e Jurídico: Apoiar a liderança e o setor Jurídico Trabalhista na elaboração de análises, pareceres e estratégias atreladas à legislação vigente, acordos coletivos e políticas internas.Projetos e Transformação Digital: Participar ativamente de projetos de automação, padronização de processos e transformação digital de RH, atuando em sinergia com as áreas de Tecnologia e Planejamento.Harmonização em M&A: Conduzir a harmonização de políticas, práticas de folha de pagamento, benefícios e relações sindicais em cenários de Fusões e Aquisições (M&A).Indicadores e Melhoria Contínua: Monitorar indicadores de performance (KPIs) da folha, propondo soluções contínuas voltadas para a eficiência operacional, compliance e melhoria da experiência do colaborador.Gestão de Pessoas: Gerenciar, desenvolver e engajar equipes descentralizadas, promovendo a mediação e gestão construtiva de conflitos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesVocê não pode deixar de ter: Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Direito, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;  Experiência consolidada em operações de Administração de Pessoal e Relações Sindicais;Experiência comprovada na gestão de equipes remotas/descentralizadas;Domínio de indicadores de performance de folha e processos de automação em RH.

Se você tiver, será um diferencial:Experiência prévia no setor de Telecomunicações, Tecnologia ou Serviços;Desejável vivência prática em processos de Fusões e Aquisições (M&A).
