Garantir o cumprimento de prazos, metas e padrões de qualidade dos serviços prestados. Atuar como canal de comunicação entre equipe e gestão, assegurando repasse claro e eficaz das informações. Reportar resultados, desvios e planos de ação à coordenação, gerência ou direção. Gerenciar e mediar conflitos internos, entre áreas ou com pacientes e acompanhantes, promovendo ambiente harmonioso e foco nasatisfação do cliente. Contribuir para um clima organizacional positivo, assegurando engajamento e postura profissional da equipe. Elaborar e acompanhar escalas de trabalho, folgas, férias, coberturas de plantão e controle de ponto. Gerenciar as operações diárias das áreas sob responsabilidade, assegurando fluxo eficiente e sem gargalos. Supervisionar o uso de materiais, equipamentos, insumos e recursos patrimoniais, garantindo conservação e otimização. Controlar materiais de expediente, almoxarifado, compras e contratos de prestação de serviços. Supervisionar rotinas administrativas, incluindo controle de documentos, fluxos de atendimento e apoio às áreas operacionais e assistenciais. Assegurar conformidade com normas institucionais, políticas internas, auditorias, requisitos regulatórios e protocolos de segurança. Atuar de forma integrada com os demais setores, contribuindo para a melhoria dos fluxos administrativos e operacionais. Apoiar a gerência/direção no planejamento, elaboração de relatórios e processos de tomada de decisão.
