Procuramos um profissional de liderança dinâmico e estratégico para assumir a posição de Coordenador(a). Nesta função, você será responsável por gerenciar equipes multiprofissionais e de enfermagem ambulatorial, estruturar processos assistenciais e assegurar um atendimento eficiente e humanizado aos nossos pacientes. Se você possui visão analítica, habilidade em gestão de pessoas e conflitos, e busca transformar a jornada de saúde com rigor técnico e sensibilidade, venha fazer parte do nosso time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão e liderança de equipe: coordenar, orientar e supervisionar a equipe CASE Ambulatorial, composta por profissionais de enfermagem e apoio administrativo, promovendo a distribuição de tarefas, avaliação de desempenho e gestão de conflitos.Dimensionamento e escalas: elaborar e acompanhar escalas de férias, folgas e horas extras, alinhadas ao IST do dimensionamento de enfermagem e diretrizes operacionais.Padronização e qualidade assistencial: elaborar e implantar SOPs, instruções de trabalho de enfermagem e protocolos institucionais, além de acompanhar a evolução dos indicadores para aplicação de ações corretivas.Gestão de pessoas e treinamentos: atuar nos processos de admissão e demissão, manter atualizados os registros funcionais e conduzir treinamentos sistematizados e programas de educação para saúde.Tratativa de crises e ocorrências: atuar diretamente na gestão de crises, acompanhar notificações de eventos adversos, elaborar planos de ação e conduzir demandas de SAC e NIPs.Sistematização de processos administrativos: organizar o controle estatístico de registros de atividades de enfermagem, fluxo de procedimentos e quantidade de pacientes nos programas.Interface institucional e comunicação: realizar visitas periódicas nos setores, manter alinhamento contínuo com as áreas de Gerência de Enfermagem e Administrativa e interagir com equipes multiprofissionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Graduação em Enfermagem concluída.Registro ativo no COREN (Conselho Regional de Enfermagem).Vivência sólida em dimensionamento de enfermagem, acompanhamento de indicadores de saúde e gestão de conflitos.Conhecimento em protocolos assistenciais, elaboração de POP/IT e condução de SAC/NIP.Desejável:Pós-graduação ou especialização na área de Gestão em Saúde, Administração Hospitalar, Atenção Primária à Saúde ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em ambulatório de especialidades, programas de crônicos ou casos de alta complexidade (CASE).Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de pessoas, avaliação de desempenho e pacote Office.Informações adicionaisCarga horária:Escala e horário de trabalho: A definir (Carga horária e escala de trabalho serão detalhadas no processo seletivo).Unidade: Casa ForteO que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens Hapvida (programa de descontos);
