Coordenar o Sistema de Gestão Ambiental (SGA) no polo de atuação, assegurando a conformidade com a NBR ISO 14001 e a legislação vigente. Responsável por controlar aspectos e impactos, acompanhar metas, conduzir auditorias, gerenciar riscos e desenvolver treinamentos. Atuar como elo com as demais áreas para promover a melhoria do desempenho ambiental e fortalecer a cultura de sustentabilidade na empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Assegurar o atendimento às normas e procedimentos, garantindo o alinhamento à missão, valores e políticas, de forma a contribuir para o alcance dos objetivos estabelecidos, aprimorando o atendimento aos clientes. • Garantir o cumprimento de prazos, objetivando o alcance dos resultados propostos. • Participar como membro do Comitê Ambiental, atuando na solução de problemas e na melhoria contínua do processo. • Coordenar, desenvolver e implantar estudos e projetos ambientais, buscando a melhoria contínua dos processos, visando à diminuição dos impactos sobre o meio ambiente. • Manter-se atualizado quanto às tendências da área, bem como às novas ferramentas, recursos e tecnologias disponíveis no mercado. • Acompanhar os indicadores da área, avaliando resultados e supervisionando ações para o atingimento das metas. • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, desenvolvendo estudos e definindo estratégias, com o objetivo de contribuir para a tomada de decisões. • Assumir a responsabilidade técnica das atividades ambientais. • Prestar assessoria à empresa em questões relacionadas ao meio ambiente. • Acompanhar inspeções ambientais. • Acompanhar o monitoramento de amostras de água e efluentes. • Controlar e atualizar as licenças ambientais junto aos órgãos de fiscalização ambiental. • Elaborar e gerenciar planos de gestão ambiental. • Acompanhar auditorias internas e externas do Sistema de Gestão Ambiental. • Realizar análises de documentação legal ambiental e auditorias de conformidade legal em fornecedores e prestadores de serviços. • Gerir pessoas, realizando seleção, avaliação de desempenho, fornecimento de feedback, identificação de necessidades de treinamento e desenvolvimento, desenvolvimento da equipe, promoção do engajamento e aprovação de movimentações de pessoal. • Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de saúde e segurança do trabalho. • Executar atividades conforme os procedimentos do setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Ambiental ou Eng. Química;

Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência profissional;Disponibilidade para viagens.Desejável:  Excel avançado;
