Que tal fazer parte de uma empresa com crescimento acelerado que faz história há mais de quatro décadas?Chegou seu momento, venha ser #IN! 💙💚Responsabilidades e atribuições Coordenar, planejar, orientar e acompanhar as atividades de carregamento e transporte, prestando suporte e apoio a toda operação, seguindo as diretrizes da gestão da companhia, bem como os padrões exigidos pelo cliente, buscando a otimização de recursos e menor tempo de trajeto, visando minimizar custos, cumprimento de metas, maximização de resultados e a satisfação do cliente.Garantir que a equipe de supervisores cumpra as rotinas diárias pré-estabelecidas.Participar de reunião semanal com o cliente para alinhamento e análise dos indicadores relacionados à operação.Participar de reunião diária matinal com os representantes dos pilares de cada área para análise dos indicadores do dia anterior e traçar os planos de ação e acompanhamento.Fazer análise diária de outros indicadores da operação em conjunto com supervisores e líderes de campo.Participar de reunião diária com toda a liderança para discutir resultados da operação e estabelecer planos de ação.Participar de reunião semanal com o time de segurança para alinhamento e planos de ação.Participar de reunião semanal com o time de liderança para alinhamentos e diretrizes do dia a dia.Participar de reunião e efetuar a gestão do ciclo de gente, bem como proceder os feedbacks com a equipe nos períodos determinados.Fazer checklist diário das fichas da produção.Participar de reunião mensal de RRI (Relatório de Resultados da Integração).Participar de campanhas de prevenção e visitas domiciliares aos colaboradores da companhia quando necessário.Realizar acompanhamento mensal dos fechamentos da remuneração variável dos motoristas.Realizar a gestão de pessoas nas operações de campo no dia a dia, dando suporte ao time de supervisores e líderes.Realizar validação mensal de escalas de trabalho em conjunto com a supervisão.Prestar suporte ao superior imediato quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificações🎓 Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Logística e/ou afins.;🎓 Desejável: Pós-graduação/MBA em Logística, Supply Chain e/ou afins..⏳ Experiência em gestão de operações logísticasInformações adicionais🧠 Conhecimentos Específicos/Técnicos - Hard Skills:📚 Carregamento e Transporte.💼 Pacote Office.📊 Excel Intermediário.📈 DRE - Básico.🛣️ Roteirização de rotas regionais.🔄 Noções de PDCA.📊 Conhecimento de Indicadores de Gestão
