Responsável por garantir a conformidade legal das unidades (estabelecimento) e dos negócios de forma corporativa no Grupo MCassab. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time Assuntos Regulatórios Corporativo, você irá:Fornecer apoio técnico patra todas as áreas, no que diz respeitio à impactos reglatório aos estabelecimentos e aos negócios do Grupo MCassab;Monitoramento e comunicação do ambiente regulatório com visão estratégica para defender os interesses da MCassab e prevenir e mitigar riscos e impactos aos negócios e aos negócios;Ter uma ótima interface com as lideranças de interface, no momento dos processos, novos projetos e alinhamentos estratégicos com a sua Gerência;Garantir a Conformidade Legal auditavel ao Regulatório Corporativo;Interação e defesa de interesses da MCassab junto aos stakholders, com destaque as associações, entidades comerciais e órgãos reguladores; Responsável pela orientação, comunicação e estabelecer o atendimento das mudanças regulatórias nas legislações aplicáveis;Responsável pela documentações legais em território nacional, incluindo importação, exportação e comercialização/distribuição local;Análise do impacto normativo/regulatório, avaliação de riscos e cenários, bem como o monitoramento das principais discussões governamentais sobre o setor que representa, definindo a estratégia de ação e a melhor forma de comunicação com os órgãos reguladores;Análise de viabilidade de projetos que envolva licenciamento dos estabelecimentos, condução dos processos de forma integra e com sustentação de consultorias externas;Garantir a coordenadenação das Licenças deferidas e seus processos de licenciamentos;Monitorar os KPI's da área;Coordenar o sistema de gestão legal estabelecido e garantir o atendimento e treinamento de todas as áreas quanto aos requisitos legais e suas ações;Garantia da sustentabilidade dos negócios do Grupo MCassab.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer acontecer, você precisa:Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Química, Farmácia ou área correlatas;Experencia comprovada de, no mínimo, 5 anos na área de Distribuição Química e/ou correlatas; Experiência em legislações de atendimento a Distribuição Químicas e negócios do Grupo MCassab;Vivência com processos envolvendo Polícias, Exército, ANP, órgãos ambientais e Vigilância/órgãos sanitários;Conhecimento de legislações aplicáveis à distribuição de produtos químicos;Capacidade de garantir e acompanhar conformidade regulatória, documentação legal e requisitos auditáveis;Experiência em análise de viabilidade regulatória de novos projetos/estabelecimentos.Vai ser um diferencial se você tiver:Atuado especificamente em distribuidora química, pela complexidade e diversidade regulatória;Vivência regulatória envolvendo importação e exportação, além da comercialização/distribuição nacional;Conhecimento de sistemas de gestão legal e, adicionalmente, TOTVS, Fluig, Docnix e/ou BI.Informações adicionaisRemuneração variável;Assistência médica e odontológica;Refeitório interno;Vale alimentação;Vale transporte ou Fretado atendendo as cidades: Jarinu, Atibaia, Bragança Paulista, Itatiba, Jundiaí, Várzea Paulista, Campo Limpo Paulista, Nazaré Paulista, Bom Jesus dos Perdões e Campinas;Seguro de vida;Total Pass;Convênio com farmácia;Universidade MCassab (conforme política interna);Modelo híbrido de trabalho.
