E, com inovação, terá espaço para transformar o futuro da nossa organização.Valorizamos e estamos comprometidos com inclusão e diversidade.Buscamos pessoas que desejam crescer conosco.Inscreva-se e venha trilhar sua história no ecossistema ARGENTA.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte aos gerentes nas demandas e estratégias da área comercial;Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, metas e resultados comerciais, identificando oportunidades de melhoria;Analisar dados e informações comerciais para apoiar a tomada de decisões;Elaborar e acompanhar relatórios e análises por meio de ferramentas de BI, CRM e Excel;Apoiar a gestão na definição e acompanhamento de planos de ação para atingimento das metas;Acompanhar a performance das equipes e os principais indicadores da operação comercial;Identificar oportunidades de negócio e contribuir para o desenvolvimento de estratégias comerciais;Atuar na interface entre a equipe comercial e demais áreas da empresa, garantindo alinhamento das demandas;Apoiar os gerentes em projetos, campanhas, ações comerciais e demais demandas relacionadas à área;Organização de agenda com revendedores;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e resultados comerciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Admisnistração, Comercial ou áreas correlatas;Profissional com forte visão comercial e orientação para resultados;Boa capacidade analítica e facilidade para trabalhar com números e indicadores;Perfil proativo, dinâmico e com facilidade para relacionamento interpessoal;Capacidade de atuar em parceria com gestores e equipes, oferecendo suporte e buscando soluções.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde com 50% do valor custeado pela empresa.Vale Alimentação.Desconto especial no valor do combustível para funcionários, válido em todas as unidades da SIM Rede.
